Solutions
Start with the problem.
Build the right solution.
A manual process, a disconnected system or data that needs to move. Make the work clearer, then choose the technology that fits.
Solution development
Turn a spreadsheet-heavy process into a purpose-built application, with clear data, roles and a workflow people can follow.

You do not need
a finished specification.
Describe the current process, the systems involved and what you need to improve. Discovery is where the scope, constraints and acceptance criteria become clear.
Not every project needs a new application. An improvement to an existing workflow may be the better option.

A few useful answers.
Do I need to know which technology to use?
No. Start with the workflow and the outcome you need. The technology approach can be assessed once the constraints are understood.
Can you work with an existing solution?
Existing applications, flows and integration requirements can be considered. Access, maintainability, licensing and the scope of changes need to be reviewed first.
Is ongoing support included?
Support arrangements are agreed separately. The enquiry process does not imply an ongoing support contract or a particular response time.
Should I send data or system credentials?
No. Keep the initial enquiry to a high-level description. Access and any necessary data transfer should be planned through an agreed, appropriate process.
Choosing an approach
Not sure which approach
fits the problem?
Start with the workflow, systems and outcome. The right technical approach can follow.
